Cancellations, Rescheduling Appointments

I will call, text or email you with a reminder of your appointment usually the day or night before, I will need and appreciate a confirmation, please confirm by either calling, texting or emailing back to me so that I know the status of your appointment and need to know if you are planning on making your appointment or are needing to cancel and reschedule at that time.

Also please try very hard to be on time for your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please just let me know and I would be more than happy to reschedule you at another time. Please understand that if you do not show up for your appointment this prevents me from being able to put another groom in your spot and I do have people sometimes on waiting list for any cancellations regularly. So again if you are not able to make your appointment PLEASE just let me know so that I can have someone else take your appointment time. If you need to reschedule please try to let me know 24 hours in advance, I know that sometimes this is not possible and any time is fine as long as you let me know that you are not going to be able to make your appointment. I thank you in advance for understanding and cooperating with this and honestly do appreciate it very much.

If you do not show up for your appointment, someone else looses a chance to have their pet groomed that day and I loose a chance to work and am loosing money. I want to be able to keep my prices very ARFordable as they are and if  too many continually missed appointments by you without knowledge of this, I will have to start charging a fee for missed appointments with out any knowledge and just not showing up.
